Websites and online ordering for restaurants · Portugal
The order is the same.
What you keep is not.
The apps keep bringing you new customers and couriers — you do not have to drop them. But the customers who already know you and come back can order straight from your own site, with no commission to anyone.

Your numbers
How much are you losing to commission?
Put your own numbers in. The sum runs to the end: what you save, minus what it costs, equals what you keep.

For orders from your regulars, the difference is plain.

Beyond ordering
Taking the order is half the job
The other half is the customer coming back — and coming back to your site, not to someone else's app. Someone who has ordered from you once is the cheapest customer you will ever have.
Customer card
Automatic
Every ten large pizzas earn a free drink. The system keeps the count: the customer holds no card, asks nobody for a stamp, and the reward simply appears on the next order.
The rule is yours — ten or five, a drink or a dessert
Loyalty without a plastic card
For the customerThe customer sees how far off the reward is while ordering.
For youYou see who comes back, how much they spend and how long since they last did.
Delivery only where you can deliver
For the customerThey type the address and know straight away whether you deliver — or whether it is pickup.
For youNo orders from outside your radius, and no more calls to cancel them.
The menu is yours and changes when you say
For the customerThey see the right prices and what is actually available today.
For youChange prices, mark a dish sold out or close the kitchen without asking anyone.
The customers stay yours
For the customerThey order in two taps because the address is already there.
For youName, phone and history are yours — not the platform's.
Tudo isto corre hoje na Maxi Pizza. It is not in the demos on this site — those show the core of ordering, and these pieces are built on top, fitted to each house.
Two languages
Your site in Portuguese and English
Porto gets visitors all year round and most of them do not read Portuguese. A site that only speaks Portuguese makes them guess what a francesinha is, and people who guess order the safe dish instead of the expensive one.
One button, and the whole page changes
Menu, prices, opening hours, checkout and the order tracking page. Not just a translated menu: the whole journey, right to the end.
Each language gets its own address
English lives at /en, with an address of its own. Google indexes both versions separately, so someone searching in English finds the English page instead of a Portuguese one they will never open.
Translate what you want, when you want
A dish with no translation shows in Portuguese instead of disappearing or going blank. You can start with your best sellers and add the rest later.
Try it: use the language button at the top of this page. View in Portuguese

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can I keep Uber Eats/Glovo as well?
Yes, and we recommend it. The apps keep bringing you new customers and couriers — that does not change. Your own site is one more channel, so the customers who already know you can order directly from you, commission free.
Which payment methods are supported?
MB WAY, Multibanco and card, plus paying on delivery or at pickup. Online payments are handled by a certified provider — neither we nor the restaurant ever store card details.
Is there maintenance afterwards?
Yes. The monthly fee covers hosting, backups, security updates and support — if something stops working, that is on us. Changes to the menu, prices or opening hours the restaurant makes itself from the panel, at no cost and with no waiting.
What if I have more than one location?
The system was built with that in mind. Each location has its own panel, its own menu and its own delivery zone, and the owner gets a view across all of them. It is exactly what we run at Maxi Pizza, which has 10 locations.
What about couriers and deliveries?
Your own site handles the order, not the physical delivery. If you already have your own drivers or deliver yourself, the system supports that flow; if you depend on the app's couriers to deliver, you can keep using them for that part alone and stay on Uber Eats/Glovo just for it.
What if I already have a site?
It depends on what is there. Sometimes we keep the domain and the content; other times it makes more sense to build from scratch so the ordering system works properly. We work that out in the first conversation, with no commitment.
How long does it take?
Between 2 and 3 weeks from first contact to a live site — the initial conversation, the build and the launch. Mostly it depends on how quickly you get us the menu and the photographs.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. The management panel was made for restaurant owners, not for technicians — updating the menu, prices or availability is about as hard as sending a message.
Who owns the customer data?
You do. Unlike the delivery apps, the history of customers, orders and contacts stays with you — it is not shared with competitors or with anyone else.
